Meet Baillie Pierce

Baillie joined the Davis Audiology team in April 2023 and now serves as a Referral Coordinator, Audiology Assistant, and Patient Care Coordinator in our Greenville office. Born and raised in Boiling Springs, SC, she brings her small-town warmth and genuine care to every patient she meets.

Baillie holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Spartanburg Methodist College, and she loves working in a role where she can combine her attention to detail with her passion for helping people feel comfortable and supported.

When she’s not in the office, you can usually find Baillie exploring the outdoors – hiking, running, or discovering new local spots – or relaxing at home with her two dogs, River and Bradley, and her husband, Kaleb. She’s known around the office for her bright personality, her love of a good laugh, and her dedication to making every patient feel seen and cared for.
